I am a chef and a sommelier. I experienced Italian kitchens and many more around the world.
Enjoy the whole process of preparing pasta from scratch on Villa Cocles terrace where we will eat under the shade of cypresses overlooking Positano’s Fornillo Bay. We will cook delicious Italian recipes following the traditional local methods.
We'll prepare a classic five courses menu: antipasto, primo, secondo, contorno and dolce.
I always follow the seasonality of the ingredients, capturing the essence of the Mediterranean ecosystem: water and earth.
As a sommelier, I will pair your meal with local Italian wines, made by vintners who honour the natural cycle and express the local terroir.
