Choose to dine at a communal table in the dining hall of an old convent.

Villa Cocles is my home and I am inviting you to experience the Mediterranean Cuisine sitting around a table ment to be shared among special people. Exactly what happens when I invite my friends to share my creations.

My menu, either fish, meat or vegetarian is always based on the Sfusato Lemon from the Amalfi Coast.

These very large lemons have a nipple and are the "star" in all my productions as jam, jelly, confit, candie.
